Founded in 2025, Wellness and Health of America (WHOA!) is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit leading the charge for cannabis policy reform. We advocate for descheduling cannabis from federal prohibition, creating a regulated framework that ensures safe consumer access, supports American farmers and small businesses, and corrects the harms of outdated policies.
We envision an America where cannabis is regulated like alcohol or tobacco, fostering innovation, creating dignified jobs, and keeping economic benefits within our communities.
